Catering
This will be arranged in hall C and hall D1. There will be 4.600 sqm set aside for seating area. We have estimated this to be sufficient for 4000 persons to be seated at the same time. There will also be approximately 2.000 sqm set aside in connection to this area designated for catering. There will also be one performance area in each of these two halls, but there will be sound reducing curtains around these areas so that the lunch areas will maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Catering for VIPs is planned to be inside the Thon Hotel Arena. There will be a capacity of about 400 persons at the same time in the hotel.
Meeting point
Hall A1 is designated for this purpose. This hall is approximately 3.100 sqm in total, and it is in the midst of all the activity. This part of the venue will be separated from the performance halls so that it will be possible to have both rest areas, national stands, information stands and exhibitions, and to give and receive information.

Press center (Hall E)
Offices for national federations is located in hall E. In total there can be six separate silent rooms. Further we can arrange, if needed, four rooms dedicated for press support only.
Meeting rooms (Hall A2, first floor)
All the meeting rooms will be within the Norway Trade Fairs, close to the rooms for Educational Forum. In addition to all other venues, halls, arena and meeting rooms needed for the World Gymnaestrada, offices and meeting rooms for the FIG GfA Committee, the FIG Media office, the FIG Secretariat, the FIG President and the FIG Secretary General is offered at the first floor inn hall A2. Here we have five separate rooms (two with windows towards Hall B) and an area of approximately 825 sqm that could be divided according to demands from FIG. If needed, meeting rooms for the FIG Executive Committee could be situated at the Thon Hotel Arena at the other side of the main entrance area of the Norway Trade Fair. The equipment for the different offices and meeting rooms will be according to the agreement between the FIG and the FIG Member Federation. The offices for the LOC will be situated at the first floor between hall C and D.
Apparatus
The Norway Trade Fairs are a modern Venue with a lot of space where the apparatus can be stored when not in use. The storage will be sufficient for the traditional gymnastics apparatus that will be available according to the regulations, and of course for the apparatus brought by the participating Member Federations.
Educational Forum
The Educational Forum is to be held within Norway Trade Fairs. It will be on the first floor in hall A. These rooms will also be available by wheel chair, either by elevators or a ramp which goes from the ground floor and to the 1st floor. There are two different rooms, one with a podium of 10m x 10m at a height of 0.5m. There will be a capacity of 270 participants in this room. The other room will have a podium of 5m x 5m at a height of 0.5m. The capacity in this room will be 75 – 150 spectators. The Norway Trade Fairs is situated next to the Thon Hotel Arena, which has a lot of meeting rooms in various sizes available. There are also several other rooms within the Norway Trade Fairs, so there will be no problem to meet the demands.
