Schools
The participants will be staying in schools in the region of Akershus. The organising committee has had several meetings with the 14 local municipalities above, There has also been several meetings with representatives from the region of Akershus and the city of Oslo. From these meetings and from our research in the schools, we know that the participants will experience good group quarter facilities.
Transportation
The transportation system in the region will bring the participants from the schools or the hotels to the Norway Trade Fairs or Aaraasen Stadium in good time for the many performances or practices.
Food
The organising committee has already come to an agreement with the company that brings the groceries to most of the major stores in the region. The company ASKO will easily handle the large number different items to the breakfasts each day. Combined with local volunteers in the schools, we are certain that this will make a good start on each Gymnaestrada day in 2015.
